A society is a non-government form of organization operating for common purpose and it can be registered to operate at state level or at national level. A society is working normally for charitable, educational, welfare, religious, or for the promotion of culture, art, music, etc in India. Documents required for Registration

  • PAN card copy of all the members of the society proposed for registration.
  • Residency proof of all the members of the society (Passport / Aadhaar Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Bank Statement or Passbook)
  • Address proof of registered office of the society along with NOC from owner
  • A covering letter from the founding members of the society (GrowBizz India will help in this)
  • A list of all the members along with their signatures
  • A declaration from the president of the proposed society for willingness and competent to hold the position of the president
  • Proposed name of the Society
  • A Memorandum of Association is required to be prepared (GrowBizz India will help in this) which shall contain the following information:

    3. Details of all the members
    4. Registered office of the society
  • An Article of Association is required to be prepared (GrowBizz India will help in this) which shall contain the following information:
